Little Things

Here is a picture of a Steel VC bullet core, and what's left of the jacket on the bullet.
It passed through a fuel boost pump on my Huey one day, and the next thing you know, we were on the ground, and out of fuel.  I still have the bullet that I recovered from the fuel cell the next day.

The Aircraft was 818 and the Crew Chief was Bill Flores.

The Fuel Boost Pump simply did it's job, and pumped all available fuel out of the Aircraft

Another Shot through the roof - Same Day - Same PZ

Thanks to Bill Flores for these Pics
